Welcome. We are happy to host you. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask you to follow these simple rules:
1. Check-in and Check-out times.
* Check-in: from 5 p.m. to 00 a.m.
* Check-out: by 10 a.m.
2. Smoking
* Smoking is prohibited inside the house. You may smoke only outside, using the public waste receptacles provided.
3. Pets
* Pets are prohibited, not for personal matters but purely to avoid allergic reactions from other guests.
4. Noise
* Please keep the volume low, especially at night, out of respect for neighbors (23-7)
5. Rooms, Bathroom and Common Areas.
* Always respect the use of spaces, especially, themed furniture items.
6. Cleanliness and Refuse.
* Guests are asked to leave the accommodation in the same condition in which they found it. Dispose of waste in the specific containers and follow local recycling rules.
7. Security
* Make sure doors and windows are closed and secure when leaving.
8. Behavior
* Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and civil manner. Acts of vandalism, damage to property or inappropriate behavior will result in a complaint.
9. Number of Guests.
* The maximum number of people who can stay is 6. Extra guests are not allowed.
10. Parking
* Parking is available on site, please park only in the designated space.
11. Emergencies
