Rooms, Bathroom and Common Areas. * Always respect the use of spaces, especially, themed furniture items. 6. Cleanliness and Refuse. * Guests are asked to leave the accommodation in the same condition in which they found it. Dispose of waste in the specific containers and follow local recycling rules. 7. Security * Make sure doors and windows are closed and secure when leaving. 8. Behavior * Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and civil manner. Acts of vandalism, damage to property or inappropriate behavior will result in a complaint. 9. Number of Guests. * The maximum number of people who can stay is 6. Extra guests are not allowed. 10. Parking * Parking is available on site, please park only in the designated space. 11. Emergencies * In case of emergency, please contact us immediately . Beautiful apartment in the center of Gorizia, with convenient street parking. Very clean and welcoming. Luca is an exceptional and helpful host. He makes you feel at home right away. Very comfortable and cozy bed. Definitely worth returning.

I had an amazing stay at Luca's apartment ! The flat was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located in the city center with easy access to everything. Also, having parking available was a big plus! The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep :) Luca is a fantastic host and person ! He is so attentive, very responsive, and accommodating. He truly does everything to make his guests feel comfortable and at home. We had great and interesting conversations, and he shared plenty of tips about places to visit in the area. And I can't forget to mention Hazlan, his dog, who is so cute and adorable ;) I highly recommend this place and would gladly come back! Thank you for everything Luca !! :)
