Welcome to the Turquoise House!

Come and stay where comfort meets convenience in the heart of downtown Farmington, NM! Our charming 3 bedroom, 1 bath home is perfect for a week away or for staying for a month or more! Located just minutes from downtown Farmington in a quiet and safe neighborhood. With a fully equipped kitchen, brand new comfortable beds, and a serene atmosphere, you’ll feel right at home. Explore the beauty of Farmington, or visit some of the amazing historical moments near by from a convenient home base.

The house was themed around a beautiful, refurbished 1950’s style table with charming and tasteful turquoise accents throughout the house. The living room has brand new couches and a new chair with ottoman and a new large screen Roku tv. Fire sticks are available for the master and back bedroom TV’s. The master has a standing desk and the back bedroom has a regular corner desk to get some work done. The master bedroom has a new queen sized bed and a new twin bed. The second bedroom has a double bed and the back bedroom has a new queen sized bed. You go through the second room to get to the back bedroom.

Enjoy your coffee out on the breezeway or out on the swing in the big back yard. The beautiful old apricot tree in the back will provide you a tasty treat if you are with us in the right season!

The in-house washer and dryer will be extra convenient for anyone staying longer. We hope you love the lights we strung up in the backyard that can be a dimmed at the push of a button for a more intimate outdoor setting. Or you may enjoy sitting on our covered swing in the backyard under the great big apricot tree for some refreshing outdoor time. We strive to keep a perfectly clean and comfortable place for your stay.

There is a Ring Doorbell camera at the front door as the only security camera on property.

We now have a brand new refrigerated air conditioner to beat the desert heat!
