The official time of entry is between 16h and 20h, while the departure time is between 9h and 12h. - The maximum number of people that can stay is 5, except in the presence of a small child sleeping with an older person, as there are no beds for babies and the house is not designed to accommodate small children. - PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB THE NEIGHBORS and respect the night silence from 11.30 pm until 8 am. - IT IS NOT ALLOWED THE REALIZATION OF BACHELOR PARTIES OR SIMILAR. - DRAINS: The drainage pipes of the house drain into the road at a distance of more than 50 meters and have very little slope. To avoid clogging, please do not throw sanitary towels, absorbent cotton or paper into the toilet bowl. Neither WC towels. Do not throw oil or sand into the drains. Food leftovers should be disposed of in the trash. - Please wipe your feet before entering the house so as not to fill it with sand. When you return from the beach, you can use the shower or the outside faucet designed for this purpose. - MOSQUITTERS: It is recommended to use mosquito nets and leave the doors of the house closed so that mosquitoes do not enter. - In compliance with the regulations of the Generalitat Valenciana: it is forbidden to smoke inside the house. - GENERAL WATER TAP: under the kitchen sink. - ELECTRICITY SWITCHES (the hostess will explain to you personally) The lights at the back of the house and the socket outside the back of the house depend on switches on the right side of the kitchen. The garden lights and socket at the front of the house are in the living room. - WIFI. The parking lot does not allow the entry of very large cars.
