Beautiful house with excellent natural light and ventilation. Located next to Pontal da Daniela beach, with access via a deck to the beach, in a safe and quiet location, perfect for family vacations or with friends. Located just 5 minutes by car from Jurerê Internacional, 15 minutes by car from Canasvieiras and 10 minutes by car from the gastronomic village of Santo Antônio de Lisboa. The spacious rooms include an integrated kitchen area with large glass doors, a balcony, a garden, a swimming pool and a barbecue pergola. The kitchen has all the utensils and furniture for a perfect stay, such as cutlery, a stove, a water filter, glasses, plates, a microwave, a blender, a coffee maker, pots and pans and all the other necessary items. There is also a large table, TV, toilet and access door to the garage, anteroom and laundry room. Opposite the kitchen is the veranda with wooden furniture (benches and coffee table) and hammocks. The veranda is surrounded by gardens and faces the pool and barbecue area. The anteroom is a passage to the bedroom, the staircase to the upper floor and the living room. The ante-room is a corner of the house that is constantly changing, bringing a bit of Brazilian and world culture into a small space. The large living room has a TV, sofa, ottomans, chairs and plants, bringing warmth to moments of relaxation. The TV has access to the main streams, providing more leisure options. If you go upstairs, you'll find a full bathroom and three bedrooms.

The house has 4 bedrooms: Upper floor: - Suite (Bedroom 1): king bed, air conditioning, blackout windows, full bathroom, dressing room and possibility of another single box bed. - Bedroom 2: double bed, air conditioning, blackout windows, balcony with hammock, wardrobe and possibility of 1 more single box bed. - Bedroom 3: double bed, air conditioning, blackout windows, wardrobe and possibility of 1 more single box bed. First floor: - Bedroom 4: 3 single beds (1 double bed + 1 box bed), blackout windows, ceiling fan, games, books and toys.

The house can accommodate a maximum of 12 people. Note: The single beds in the suite and in bedrooms 2 and 3 must be requested when booking.

Returning to the rest of the house, on the first floor after the kitchen we find the laundry room, with washer, dryer, tank, furniture and the utensils needed for daily maintenance of the house. The laundry room gives access to the back of the house, where there is a clothesline, a small herbarium and an orchard with a large area for pets. Still in the outdoor area, we will soon have another bathroom complete with shower. Next to the bathroom we will have a pergola from the barbecue area that faces the pool and the kitchen doors. We have some beach items available, such as chairs, parasols, coolers and a trolley. Beach towels must be requested before check-in, and the same applies to towels for use in the pool (bath, face and pool towels cannot be taken from the house and used on the beach). The house has fast wireless internet and security cameras outside. It also has its own garage for 2/3 cars and free parking on the street in front and on the side. Located 150 meters from the beach access deck and 2 blocks from small markets and restaurants. Large markets, pharmacies and gyms can be found in Jurerê and access to the neighborhoods of Canasvieiras and Santo Antônio de Lisboa.
