The house is composed of a Ground Floor (open space, living area), Upper Floor (sleeping area) and Private garden with parking.

The ground floor consists of a large living room and kitchen with bathroom. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is connected to a mezzanine with an additional bed, and direct access to the en-suite bathroom.
