5 stops from the Gay scene and downtown
Quiet neighborhood with all amenities.
Located close to the Mar Bella gay beach (2km), nearby neighborhoods: El Clot, Sagrada familia, glories, and close to the city center. It's easy to get around by metro, train, bus and bicycle.
The studio is ideal for a couple, but has two double beds, the main one 1.5 m and the other 1.35 m.
As a Gay it's important to have all the facilities for anal hygiene. Next to the toilet you'll find an anal tube connected to running water. This utensil is not always available on the rental market.
There is a shortage of water in Barcelona, so I beg you to control your consumption in respect of the environment.

House rules: The golden rule is respect for the premises, and even more so for your neighbors! It's imperative not to make too much noise, so as not to disturb the neighbors. Never smoke indoors! (You have a beautiful outdoor terrace for this purpose). Failure to comply with this golden rule will result in immediate termination of your stay, with no refund for the remaining days.
