If any pets are discovered in the house during your reservation, there is a minimum fee of $250 and subject to more if any damage occurs. POLICIES Smoking and any drug use are prohibited inside the home at all times, and subject to a $250 fee if discovered. Smokers are allowed to smoke on the back patio and must properly dispose of cigarettes/butts outside at all times. Parties, gatherings, and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited and subject to a minimum fee of $500. Any undisclosed guests are subject to a $50 fee per person. No open flames or fires are allowed within 10 feet of any combustible surface (including siding, decks, fences, etc.). Non-compliance will result in a fee. To prevent plumbing issues, please flush toilet paper only—nothing else. Any damage or clogging caused by improper disposal will result in a maintenance fee. Any excessive mess or damage to the property will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. Everything in the home is inventoried. There will be a charge for any missing or damaged items. Please message us if you need extra items!
