Only the allowed occupancy will be entertained. The food and beverages can be ordered with us prior to your arrival. We appreciate your kind cooperation in order to us make your stay a most memorable one with the best Hospitality from our Staff whilst adhering to the following house rules. ✓ Standard Check in time is 1400 Hours. ✓ Standard check out time is 1200 Hours. ✓ If any early check in or late check out is required, pre-approval from the Management needs to be obtained. ✓ The villa is designed to entertain a maximum number of guests that was communicated at the time of the reservation. Please do not exceed this limit without prior authorization. ✓ We understand that you may want to host and entertain guests during your stay. Kindly inform the Management of the planned gathering for prior approval. Take responsibility of your guest and ensure they adhere to all house rules during their visit. Guests are allowed at the villa only until 10.30pm. ✓ For energy conservation and safety of our Villa, kindly remember to turn off electrical appliances, close pipes, windows and doors when leaving, and avoid air conditioning with windows and doors opened. ✓ We kindly ask you to treat our Villa and its content with care. Any damages or breakages caused during your stay must be reported immediately, and guests will be held responsible for any necessary repairs or replacements. ✓ Our villa is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa or any enclosed areas. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated outdoor smoking areas and dispose cigarette buds responsibly. ✓ Enjoy the refreshing pool! However, please adhere to the following guidelines; o Children must be supervised by adults at all times. o No diving or running around the pool area. o Please remove any debris or personal belongings after use. ✓ Meals are prepared on request using only the freshest of ingredients so please do order meal plans in advance pre arrival ✓ The kitchen & pool service closes at 11PM. ✓ Any Emergency or assistance please feel free to contact the Villa Manager ✓ Please contact the management on any complaints +********.
