It's close to the cool neighborhoods of the 20th and 11th arrondissements, Republique and La Bellevilloise, easily accessible from Gare de Lyon, Saint-Lazare or Gare du Nord with direct lines. Metro lines 3 and 2 just outside the building will take you directly to most of the places to visit in Paris with little or no change.

2-minute walk from Père Lachaise cemetery. Plenty of restaurants and bars right next door.

This is the apartment I live in, with real neighbors who also live in their apartments. So you'll have the experience of a Parisian, not a hotel, with my personal belongings and clothes, which include a few dumbbells for athletes. Please respect the neighbors and don't make noise too late.

At the moment, the ceiling in the room is made of planks, which are not very aesthetic but will not interfere with your stay.
