Only registered guests are allowed in the complex any violation meaning that you bring in an extra person a fee of USD $50 per day will be charged to you for violation and registration protocol set forth .( visitors or friends invited during your stay and most welcomed however they must leave after their visit if your guests would like to spend a night with you, you must inform and request permission from your host as host has to notify security of additional guests in the apartment for security reason) If your arriving guests are locals they are familiar with complex security protocols as they have to submit their valid identification before entry to the complex is granted. Warning: Extremely important NOTICE : Guests are requested to turn off all Air-conditioners when they leave the apartment during the day, if guests leave the unit and do not turn off the utility such as Air conditioning then-the smart meter installed in the apartment will detect higher then usual power activity and cut the power off. A reconnection fees of USD $50 will be charged for excess power consumption during your stay should that happen. Gust must follow all the rules and regulations posted in the lobby at all times. There is quite time after 10 pm meaning no loud music or loud activity should be preformed.. pool and common areas are closed at 10 pm sharp , there is a fine of USD $50 should there be a violation.
