Welcome to your future Paris pied-à-terre! We offer you a lovely private room in a large, bright, quiet and fully-equipped apartment, ideally located just 35 minutes by public transport from the center of Paris and the must-see areas such as the Marais, Opéra and Châtelet.
The room is cosy, with a comfortable double bed, chest of drawers, desk and fast Wi-Fi connection. You'll have access to all the common areas: a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, a shared bathroom, a convivial lounge, and even a small balcony to enjoy the sunny days.
Local shops are just a few minutes' walk away, including a bakery and a supermarket. Access to public transport is quick and easy, with metro line 11 just 300 meters from the apartment, linking you easily to the four corners of Paris.
Perfect for a tourist or business stay, alone or as a couple. My partner and I are discreet but available hosts, delighted to welcome travelers from all walks of life in a relaxed and respectful atmosphere.
