I keep things warm and easygoing, but here are a few simple expectations to help make your stay smooth, safe, and enjoyable for everyone: 🏡 House Respect Treat the space like your own. Please be mindful of furnishings, appliances, and amenities. If anything breaks or needs attention, just let me know—I’m easy to work with and want you to enjoy your stay. 🧼 Cleanliness No need to deep clean, but please tidy up after yourself. Wash any dishes you use and place trash in the proper bins. Accidents happen, and a quick message helps keep things flowing. 🔇 Noise & Neighbors Lewes is a peaceful, residential town. Please keep outdoor and indoor noise levels respectful—especially after 10 PM. No parties or extra guests without prior approval. 🚭 No Smoking Indoors Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home. The screened-in porch and outdoor areas are available for guests who smoke—just dispose of any waste properly. 🐾 Pets Well-behaved pets under 50 lbs are very welcome! Please keep pets off beds and furniture, and clean up after them both indoors and in the yard. Let me know in advance so I can have pet-friendly essentials ready. 🛏 Bedding & Linens Fresh linens and towels are provided. Please use designated beach towels (if available) for outdoor use, and avoid using bath towels for makeup removal. 🌈 Inclusivity & Respect This home is proudly LGBTQ+ affirming. All guests—regardless of identity, background, or orientation—are welcome. The only requirement is mutual kindness, respect, and an open heart. 🕓 Check-in/Check-out Standard check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. If you need flexibility, just ask—I’m happy to accommodate when possible. Entry instructions and codes will be sent in advance of your stay. 🧯 Safety & Security There are exterior security cameras monitoring the front entry for guest safety. No cameras are located inside the home or in private spaces. Emergency contact numbers and local info are also provided in the welcome guide.
