All stores and banks are very close, including the public beach. The manager is available day and night to help guests with everything they need. The GulfStream park with casino and horse racing is 10 minutes away from the vacation home of which the apartment is a part. There is a double room for two people and a single room in two rooms separated by a curtain. If there are four persons, an air mattress is added to the floor for the fourth person. In short: the apartment is available for 1 to 4 persons in total. Also close to the house you will find ********, Target, Best buy, Publix, etc...

Private parties with guests who are not members of the paid reservation are not allowed, unless the host allows it at some time. Tobacco smokers may smoke in the courtyard outside the apartment. Those who smoke marijuana will smoke in the street away from the house in a way that the smell does not reach the house. After 10:00 p.m., loud music must be stopped inside the apartments and outside in the garden or patios: any kind of noise will have to stop. If someone will be able to bring a dog with him, he has to take it in the street for his physiological needs: it is forbidden in the garden! Respect the place and the other guests of the other apartments of the house to be respected. The manager Albino will always be attentive to ensure a peaceful environment.
