Nestled right next to a beautiful river, you’re just a short 2-minute walk from the water where you can relax, unwind, or enjoy the outdoors. This charming spot is ideal for resting, recharging, or finding inspiration. Major shopping centers are nearby, and you’re only about 30-45 minutes from DFW or Love Field airports, as well as Uptown and Downtown Dallas, the vibrant LGBTQ+ bars and venues in Dallas by ******** safety reasons, there is one security camera installed outside, above the parking entrance. There are no cameras inside the house or in any private areas. No pets allowed .
