The historic Linsley House is a stunning 2-story victorian era home that offers 3 bedrooms and 1 well appointed bathroom. The Primary Bedroom features a king sized bed with Purple Restore Premier Mattress, the second bedroom features a Queen Bed and the third bedroom two Full Size Ethan Allen beds. Each with fabulous comfy mattresses.

CHECK IN and CHECK OUT: Check in is between 4pm and 9pm Check out is 11am If you are arriving after 10pm please notify us at the time of booking. Please notify us when booking if an early check-in or late check-out is available. If the schedule permits we may be able to approve the request up to 1 hour either way for $35 per hour. Cleaning staff are scheduled in advance, because of this we are unable to accept any requests within 3 days of check-in or during your stay. BATHTUB: The bathtub is currently unable to be filled with the faucet in the tub, but can be filled via the shower head. We are working on plumbing solutions to address this issue, however use of the shower is perfectly fine! Guests are asked to assure that the liner is always in the tub and pushed tightly to the wall to assure that water does not escape onto the floor. MINUT NOISE and SMOKING DETECTION SYSTEM- The ******** approved system is installed within the home and on the exterior and is designed to monitor noise levels above set thresholds without recording conversations, crowd noise, and smoking of any kind. An audible alarm will alert the host and guests when these thresholds are violated. This assures comfort and safety for all guests and to maintain the integrity of the property for the hosts. PETS: Unfortunately, this home does not permit pets. If you are traveling with a service animal please notify us immediately. STAIRS/ADA/RAILINGS All bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the second floor and will require use of a staircase to access these areas. Due to the age of this historic home, it is not ADA compliant and some railings may be shorter than customary in today's standards. CHILDREN: Please note that the home is NOT childproof. If you have children accompanying you, please be mindful of this and supervise children at all times. PARTIES/GROUPS/EVENTS/ADDITIONAL GUESTS: *PARTIES AND EVENTS ARE PROHIBITED. NO MORE THAN A MAXIMUM NUMBER OF SIX OVERNIGHT GUESTS ALLOWED IN THE HOME. **ADDITIONAL GUESTS OVER 4 MAY INCURR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE HOST AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. GUESTS OVER AND ABOVE THE APPROVED LIST ARE NOT PERMITTED TO VISIT THE PREMISES WITHOUT EXPRESS ADVANCE PERMISSION FROM THE HOST. The home is monitored for smoking of any kind as well as excessive noise levels both inside and outside. Windows are to be closed and shall remain closed during inclimate weather conditions and upon guests departure. Guests must close & lock all windows and front & back door when leaving the house. Guests are expected to maintain a level of cleanliness during stay and upon departure, i.e. wash dirty dishes daily, and flush toilets. This is a historic home with sensitive plumbing- Only toilet paper shall be flushed down the toilets as small lined trash cans are provided in each bathroom for hygiene products other than toilet paper. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE SHOWER LINER IS ALWAYS INSIDE THE TUB WHEN TAKING A SHOWER and that WATER IS NOT ESCAPING THE SHOWER ENCLOSURE ONTO THE FLOOR.
