✨ Thatched cottage typical of local architecture, in the heart of the market town of Saint-Joachim, capital of the Brière region. 🦆 Freshly renovated, this XVIIIe century thatched cottage welcomes you in an authentic environment, within the Brière Regional Nature Park, close to the marshes and emblematic landscapes of the region (20 min from Saint-Nazaire, 30 min from La Baule / Guérande, 45 min from Nantes / Vannes).

🏡 La chaumière comprises on the first floor: - a pleasant living room with, on the lounge side, a convertible corner sofa offering comfortable sleeping for 1 adult or 2 children (width approx. 130 cm), - a kitchenette, - a dining area for 4 people, - bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.

Upstairs, you'll find - a large bedroom with double bed (160 cm), - a sofa-bed for extra sleeping space (160 cm), - wardrobe for clothes storage.
