The Tenant will make peaceful use of the rented property and its furnishings and equipment (interior and exterior) in accordance with the purpose for which they are used under the lease, and will be liable for any damage or loss that may occur during the term of the contract in the premises which he/she has exclusive use of. The Tenant will maintain the rented accommodation and return it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the contract.
