We stayed 3 nights in Laszlo's apartment. It's in an excellent location, very cozy, spacious and clean. The area is quiet and pedestrian-friendly. The host was always there to answer any questions I had. On the last day, he accompanied me to the train station for my second trip and paid for my transport. (It was a very kind gesture) If you're looking for accommodation in Budapest, I recommend this apartment 100%
