Marco welcomes you to his elegant, panoramic apartment located on the top floor of a quiet building at the beginning of the Bovisa district, just a stone's throw from the Politecnico and a few minutes from the center of Milan.
A modern and refined retreat, with attention to every detail, ideal for couples or single travelers, perfect for those in town for pleasure or business.
Newly renovated, the 40-square-meter apartment welcomes you with a sophisticatedly styled bedroom with an alcantara-covered wardrobe and a velvet sofa, a modern and functional bathroom, and an eat-in kitchen equipped with everything you need, including a capsule coffee machine.
The dining area is decorated with hand-painted trees, creating a unique and intimate atmosphere.
An additional special feature is the panoramic balcony, with a postcard view of Milan: from the Porta Nuova skyline to the Bosco Verticale, the gaze is lost between architecture and sky.
Very bright, on the sixth floor with double elevator, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and breakfast included.
Well connected but out of the chaos, the neighborhood offers peace and authenticity. Passante ferroviario (Rho Fiera, Corso Buenos Aires, Stazione Porta Garibaldi), Metro M3 Gialla (Duomo, Stazione Centrale), streetcars and buses take you downtown in less than 15 minutes.
