Two-room apartment measuring 50 m2, located on the ground floor of an early 20th-century building in the Buonarroti-Amendola Fiera residential area. From the shared courtyard, you access the apartment via a private entrance: room with kitchen (complete with dishwasher and microwave), bedroom with double bed, bathroom and laundry room. In the lounge, the sofa can be turned into two single beds (which can be pulled together to form a double bed). Cementine floors, Michael Clarke Palm Leaves wallpaper, Le Corbusier table and Flos lamps are just some of the decorative elements that characterise the apartment. Wi-Fi, air conditioning and TV. On request, we can provide a breakfast welcome pack.
