Fabio and Ivan are two darlings: very welcoming, always up for all your needs and any advice and suggestion you may need about the city and your stay. The flat is beautifully furnished, the room is spacious, with a private, fully equpped bathroom, and the bed is extremely comfortable. The house is located 10 minutes walking distance from the city centre: quiet yet central. Don't miss this chance.

They are truly exceptional hosts; gracious, considerate, and unfailingly helpful throughout my stay. My bedroom was immaculate, with a serene atmosphere that invited rest and reflection. The ensuite was equally pristine and beautifully appointed, offering both comfort and elegance. The room itself was quiet, tastefully decorated, and infused with a sense of calm that made it feel like a private sanctuary. Fabio and Ivan have created more than just a place to stay, they’ve cultivated a space of welcome and warmth. I would have no hesitation recommending their accommodation to anyone seeking a peaceful, well-cared-for base in Brescia close too all sights. It was a joy to be their guest, and I carry deep gratitude for their generosity and care.

Excellent experience! A beautiful apartment, a comfortable room, very clean, quiet, functional and with a nice private bathroom. Perfect location just a few steps from the historic center on a quiet street with free parking available. Above all, Ivan and Fabio are two cordial, helpful and hospitable men with whom I unfortunately spent only one pleasant evening: I would have gladly stayed longer to get to know them better.

My stay at Fabio and Iván's home has been fantastic. Not only because of the human quality of both and their excellent hospitality, but also because of the wonderful apartment they live in, beautifully decorated and furnished. The bedroom with bathroom is taken care of down to the last detail to make you feel at home, and when you return in the afternoon after spending the day sightseeing, you can share your experience with both of them and chat for a while.
