Comfy 2 bdrm, 2 bath condominium with master bdrm available. Full access to kitchen & washer/dryer. Private bathroom inside and access to balcony with lush succulents. Definitely an urban style living.
Livingroom has theater-style recliner and 75" TV.
Unit is occupied by 1 person & a sweet, friendly older male pitbull named Max . Sorry, no other pets allowed. No cigarette, vape or cannibis smoking of any kind. inaide the unit. May do so at designated areas within the complex. iThis is a quaint community, please respect the other residents.
Room has a queen bed and desk. Toiletries are not provided, as well as towels. Towels are available for additional charge. Street parking is available. Garage parking is available at a fee of $40 per night. All entrances are all keycard entry and will be provided in person at check-in.
For everyone's safety, any guests other than the booked guest must be registered and charged. To reapwct other home owners and tenants, no in & out priviledges and overnight stay for guest other the one who is on the reservation.

Guest are permitted for additional fee. No parties or overnight guests. Alcohol consumption is permitted. Additional $50 will be chargd for cleaning fees and on-site comsuption. Please be responsible. Your respecting your privacy and safety is priority...what you do in the room is your business. If you use any of the ammenities, please clean after yourselves or additonal fee will be charged.
