A bathroom with a bathtub. two sofas : including a comfortable sofa bed for two people, air conditioning, independent heating. Towels provided. Sheets provided. The apartment is located in the Giudecca neighborhood.(10 min by vaporetto from piazza san marco)The location is great because it allows you to quickly reach the center but also to retreat just as quickly to a quiet area, where you can experience Venice as a true Venetian. At 100 meters you will find many restaurants with typical Venetian cuisine, bars where you can have an aperitif while enjoying the beautiful view of the canal !!! in this way you are immersed in the lagoon climate, enjoying the typicality and staying away from the tourist chaos. And at 10 min you will find Campo Santa Margherita, one of the most characteristic and lively of the city also due to the presence of many students who gravitate to the nearby universities.
