This apartment is both spacious and charming, situated on the first floor of a building with a private street entrance. It features two generously sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, a comfortable living room, and a well-equipped kitchen.
The ground floor houses the laundry room and one bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor, where the main part of the apartment is located, you’ll find the two bedrooms, a second bathroom with a bathtub and shower between them, and the living room and kitchen.
High-speed Wi-Fi and Netflix are provided at no additional cost, and the apartment features state-of-the-art air conditioning throughout for your comfort.
I make an effort to personally meet my guests for check-in, but due to recent changes in my job, there may be times when I’m unable to leave the office.
To streamline the check-in process, I’d appreciate receiving a copy of your passports in advance. This allows me to register you with the local authorities promptly. Once I’ve received your passports, I’ll provide you with the access code.
I’m genuinely happy to meet you in person, share local recommendations for places to visit or dine, and go over practical instructions. Let’s coordinate a meeting time that suits you, outside my usual office hours.
