Artsy Folk Victorian Southtown, Riverwalk

******** just a few blocks away from the King William District and San Antonio Riverwalk. This old gal was built in 1908 and has one cozy bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Southtown is buzzing with activity. We are within walking distance of delicious restaurants, art galleries, beautiful parks, cozy coffee shops, museums, and the SoFlo HEB (local grocery store). Our neighborhood and surrounding Southtown neighborhoods are very LGBTQIA+ safe and welcoming.

The bedroom has a hotel grade memory foam matress. There is also a Peloton bike that is available for guest use. Just ask! The en suite bathroom is bright and has a very relaxing rain shower head and adjustable secondary shower head. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy a meal. There is a smart thermostat you can adjust to your comfort level.

You will access the home through the front door which has a coded lock. There are 5 steps to access the front porch and front door.

We do not provide off-street parking. You can park anywhere along the street for free. Please do not block any driveways.

This property is in an urban area. You can expect to hear bustling city noises, such as: -Trains -People walking and talking at all hours -Cars/motorcycles -Music -Dogs barking

1. Quiet hours are 10pm-6am. Please do not use the back deck after 10pm out of respect for our neighbors. The front porch can be used any time. 2. Please do not rearrange our furniture. 3. Please do not touch the wall art. 4. No parties or gatherings. 5. No more than 2 guests on the premises at all times. 6. Please be respectful of our home and belongings.

This is our actual home. We love sharing our old house and vibrant community with visitors. If there is any damage from a guest stay to the house or items inside the house, there will be additional charges for replacement costs and repairs.
