Ask us for our Special Service Requests for Birthdays, Engagements, and Celebrations! The space This is a single Miami Beach house built in 1935, divided in 3 different units. Your unit is the only one with private backyard and patio, and it is located on the ground floor. It is located just a block away from the beach and numerous cafes, popular hotels and supermarkets. Please note that the pool is a 60inches round inflatable pool, located in the backyard. Guest access You can access the building going through the backyard fence, this is a private entry to your unit, just for you. The backyard and patio are fully fenced which makes it easier for kids and pets to enjoy them without worry. Please note that if you would like to check in earlier/checkout later (if available) would be an extra fee. Other things to note - Although there is free parking included with the stay, there is also paid parking on the street and a parking lot nearby which is $2 per hour.

- Special Service Requests for Birthdays, Engagements, and Celebrations:

1. **Decorations and Setup** - If you would like to have special decorations for your event (e.g., balloons, banners, or themed decor), **please discuss the options with the host**. We can help arrange them for you for an additional fee (min $100 fee for the simplest decor)

- Decorations should be easy to remove and should not cause damage to the property (e.g., no confetti, tape on walls, or anything that may leave marks or residue).

- If you want a **professional setup** (like flower arrangements or custom decorations), please let us know well in advance. We can coordinate with local vendors at an additional charge.

2. **Flowers, Gifts, and Personal Items**

- Special requests for gifts or items (e.g., custom cakes, engagement rings, etc.) need to be provided at least **3-5 days before the event** to allow time for sourcing and delivery.

4. **Spa and Wellness Services** - If you’re looking to arrange a **spa day** or **relaxation services** (e.g., massage therapists, beauty services), we can assist in coordinating those services at an additional cost. Please provide details on the type of service and preferred time. - All spa services must be **conducted professionally**, and we will ensure proper space and privacy for the treatments.
