The 20 m2 guest room features a kitchen (oven, grill, microwave, stovetop, refrigerator, coffee maker [for soft pods]), and all necessary kitchenware. The accommodation has its own bathroom, reversible air conditioning, a terrace with a table and chairs, and a 200 m2 lot. There is a separate entrance and private parking access.
