The living room has a showy bookcase, a large chaise longue sofa comfortable as a single bed for one person(over three meters long), TV. Newly renovated and complete kitchen with all amenities. Nespresso machine included.

Worth knowing:

On Saturday, May 13, 2023, a new window with triple glass and special anti-noise membrane was put in the small room. Be sure to close everything tightly for maximum comfort. Ask in advance about the possibility of early check in or late check out, we will do our best to accommodate you.

The apartment is on the second floor, easily accessible.

Tourist tax: information will be given later. Assigned to the City of Como. Not included.

Heating: by law from October 22. Guaranteed temperature will be 21 degrees for up to 14 hours as per City regulations (will turn off at night).
