Aire de Paz is part of one of the most desirable gated communities in central Palm Springs; the exclusive Mesquite Estates. There are NO STEPS in this spacious lower level, one-bedroom condo which has the perfect Palm Springs vibe! Beautifully appointed, this end unit condo is secluded, private and comes with all the amenities of resort living! There is a nice yard to walk your dog or enjoy the beautiful mountain views. Aire de Paz also boasts a spacious living room with a rear patio for your BBQ grilling, two flat screen TVs, a cooks' kitchen with bar stools, dining area and more! A large master suite has king sized bed, double closet and outdoor patio area with mountain views! The bathroom features a large walk-in shower. A separate laundry is in the closet on the front patio of this tranquil hideaway. The Mesquite Country Club complex features several pools/spas, tennis courts and beautifully landscaped grounds. Aire de Paz is centrally located and walking distance to major shopping areas, the Mizell Senior Center, Palm Springs library, etc. It is just a short drive or Lyft/Uber ride or even a nice walk to the downtown entertainment and restaurant areas. Local mass transit is located near the Mesquite Country Club estates, when exploring all Palm Springs has to offer. It is also only 1.5 miles into the heart of Palm Springs.
