CANYON VIEW ESTATES is considered one of the very most sought after areas of Palm Springs. And THIS property offers an opportunity to experience the lifestyle in a carefully restored, curated. and outfitted gem. The chef's kitchen is thoroughly outfitted to satisfy the most discerning home chef. Beautiful high end appliances, including a glass. front refrigerator, range, oven, microwave and dishwasher plus lots of storage that holds everything necessary to hold a dinner party.
Decor throughout the home has been carefully curated with vintage access pieces and artwork. Even a full set of vintage dish ware.
Hiking, bicycling, swimming and walking are favorite outdoor activities in Palm Springs. A fantastic seasonal flea market (October thru May) and the year 'round weekly Thursday night VILLAGE FEST street market, are other favorites.
GAY PRIDE, first weekend in November, is a delight to experience. There's also GAY RODEO, MR LEATHER WEEK, BEAR WEEK, DINAH SHORE GOLF TOURNAMENT WEEK and many other activities that support the LEAST 'Best Kept Secret' that Palm Springs is an exceptionally welcoming community for our community
The highly acclaimed Palm Springs International Film Festival in January attracts people from all over the world and year round there are many other niche film festivals, including LGBTQ film fests. Live music can be found in Palm Springs every night of the year.
Even if you never thought much about architecture, the second half of February Palm Springs hosts MODERNISM WEEK which brings visitors from all over the world to our city. In Mid October, there is a smaller version that is just as much fun, but on a smaller scale.
Joshua Tree National Park is 1 hour away, the aerial tramway takes you up a 10,000 ' mountain to cool pines even in the hottest of desert summers.
