Newly renovated Key West style cottage is located in the first Gay, Artist community and only historic neighborhood in Ft Lauderdale. "The Cottage" is behind our main house and the property is 100% fenced property that is also surrounded by well designed landscaping and lighting. "The Cottage" is a one bedroom with a large closet, one bath with a washer / dryer unit as well as fully equipped kitchen dinning room and lounge area with a large TV you will also have the option to access the salt water heated pool , a bar and a BBQ grill outside kitchen. We are less than a mile from downtown Ft Lauderdale and Las Olas Blvd which offers the best eatery, drinking and shopping, in Ft Lauderdale; Wilton Manors and the gay beach a short 3 miles. The are cruising and sex fun places near by the gay bathhouse is .7 of mile from the house and 321 The Slammer is 1.5 miles. The Cottage, comes with beach towels, cooler, Bluetooth speaker.
You are welcome to be naked in the public spaces, 420 friendly and e- cigarette only outside. You may bring overnight guest... Overnight only no extended stay. Any extended will be charged
