The Space:

🏡The house features two comfortable bedrooms designed for relaxation. Each bedroom has a queen bed, and the primary bedroom includes a full bathroom and TV. There is another full bathroom in the hallway.

🛋There is a cozy open living room and kitchen area with comfortable couches to maximize your experience. There is a futon in the living area that folds into a bed to accommodate another person.

🧑‍🍳There is a full kitchen with all essential appliances and utensils included, featuring an air fryer, coffee machine, blender, and more.

❕In addition to the front house, there is a small 1 bedroom/1 bathroom guest house in the back that is rented to other guests with their own separate private entrance. If you are interested in renting the guest house for yourself or for more privacy during your stay, please let us know!

Guest Access:

This is a private home and guests have access to the entire house except for the guest house in the backyard (upon request)

Guests have access to rent the guest house in the backyard as well for a discounted rate. Please let us know so we can block the calendar or whether you rather not have anyone in the back unit for more privacy.

Other things to note:

Please be mindful of our neighbors. You are in a residential and historic neighborhood. Please keep outside noise at a reasonable level during your stay.

Keep exterior clean and do not leave any trash outside.

There is a Ring camera by the front door for added security.

🚫Unreasonable loud noise is prohibited. Any sound that crosses a property line at an unreasonably loud volume is unlawful within the city; as per the city ordinance.
