Impressive villa of 375 mts2 with swimming pool, air conditioning throughout the house, terraces and only about 500 mts. from the beach in the picturesque village of Colera, in the natural setting of les Alberes and has the most pristine beaches and coves of the Costa Brava. Maximum capacity for 11 people.
This house has 4 floors (first floor and three upper floors) with elevator. Distribution:
FLOOR 0: terrace and swimming pool, plus a covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Spacious living room with fireplace, TV, sofa bed, etc., fully equipped and furnished kitchen and nice patio with vegetation, which is the real lung of the house.
FLOOR 1: large living room with fireplace, with three perfectly differentiated rest areas, guest bathroom with shower and 1 double bedroom with bathroom en suite.
FLOOR 2: elegant hallway distributor, through which you access 3 double bedrooms, two of them with en suite bathroom.
FLOOR 3: on this level there are 2 double bedrooms; one of them with living area and the other one with bathroom en suite; terrace where the laundry area is located.
Pets are allowed on request; the pet supplement is 10,00 €/day.
