Superb Duplex (Loft) without vis-à-vis, classified-furnished tourism 3 stars with PERGOLA, 2 large terraces (20 and 30m2), view of the Pyrenees (Les Albères) without vis-à-vis, swimming pool open until September 30, reversible air conditioning and 2 private car parks in a luxury residence 5/10 minutes walk from the sea and its gay naturist beach "Le Bocal du Tech", will seduce you with the calm and its services to spend a stay of quality with all its comforts.
Close to town center and Aqualand (5 min walk), Jardins des Plantes, Golf (27 holes), equestrian center nearby.
The residence is secure, fenced and planted with trees.
Located in St-Cyprien Plage Sud, this superb duplex on the 2nd and last floor, facing south with large bay windows, electric shutters offers all the amenities for a very pleasant and quiet stay.
A large swimming pool, to relax after the beach.
Very comfortable: large open kitchen, fully equipped and very functional (oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Senseo coffee maker and Nespresso machine, crockery ... flat screen TV, Wi-Fi .. .
Italian bathroom, hair dryer, washing machine, separate WC with hand basin.
Very comfortable bedding.
2 terrace lounges, electric plancha, PERGOLA with electric blackout curtains and LEDs on the whole.
Upstairs, the staircase leads to a sleeping area including a pull-out bed that can be folded out into 2 single beds which acts as a second bedroom and which gives access to the solarium, ideal for sunbathing out of sight. Child safety barrier upstairs in accordance with standards.
Bicycle storage in the stairwell entrance, cycle paths at the foot of the residence.

- The almandine: dishes with original flavors and finesse, refined presentation, very warm welcome, beautiful place, Staff up to the task. Light menu for lunch in "Bistro chic" style and impeccable service.
- The Aquarium: great fish restaurant, very warm welcome, tapas platter to share as a starter, very good zarzuella, attentive and exceptionally friendly service.
