The apartment is a 28 M2 studio entirely renovated. It is a small independent house with its own private garden. The kitchen is equipped with good-quality equipment and utensils for preparing meals. Sleeping accommodation is a 140*200 cm fold-down double bed. A dining area is provided inside. The separate bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin. Numerous storage cupboards. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. Heating is also by air conditioning. Outside, you'll find a large private terrace of around 30 M2 with a weber gas BBQ, a dining area, and a relaxation area with two deckchairs and a parasol. The accommodation is classified as 4-star furnished tourist accommodation. Please note that the accommodation is located in a property where there are also four other gîtes. The large heated swimming pool is shared between the different accommodations. It is open in low season from 11am to 6pm and in high season from 10am to 8pm. The owners, Stéphane and Nicolas, live on site and will be happy to assist you during your stay. Bed linen and towels are included in your rental, and you'll find your bed made up on arrival.
