Beautiful F4 apartment of 80 M2, bright, with 3 bedrooms, beautiful living room with open kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and laundry. A pretty terrace completes the apartment, allowing you to take full advantage of the sunny days in the South of France. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.

The apartment is located at the foot of the Palace of the Kings of Majorca, 5 minutes' walk from pedestrian zones with restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques and museums. This is the charm of Perpignan's hypercentre.

The apartment is fully equipped with: Beds, Dressing rooms, Tables, chairs, plates, glasses, Appliances (Range hood, Induction hob, Combined microwave oven, Refrigerator, Top freezer, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Vacuum cleaner, Iron .... ) The apartment is fully furnished, so all occupants have to do is drop off their suitcases and enjoy their stay in Perpignan and the surrounding area.

Bed linen is provided, but please bring your own towels.

The Terrace with its Pergola is THE extra room of the apartment; with a Relaxation-Apéro area, a Dining area, a Farniente area and a Barbecue area. On the Terrace you'll also find the Laundry room with washing machine, top freezer, sink, cleaning kit, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron.

Free WIFI Internet access

Possibility of covered public parking for a flat rate of 50 euros/week: the parking lot is less than 5 minutes' walk from the apartment (optional and only for July and August). We have to reserve it for you when you make your reservation with the parking lot. Please note that vehicles must not exceed 190cm in height.

A ******** of 500 euros (un-cashed cheque or ********) will be required on entering the apartment. This ******** will be returned on departure if everything is in order.
