Beautiful bright 66M2 apartment with 15 M2 terrace, 2 bedrooms, 1 with mezzanine, Maximum 4 people in the apartment.
The large living room has an open-plan kitchen, a relaxation area and a dining area.

The bathroom (Italian shower) and WC are separate.
The apartment is rented furnished and fully equipped, from fork to hairdryer!
It overlooks a pretty square in downtown Perpignan (with restaurants, bakery, fishmonger...), with a breathtaking view from the lovely sunny terrace.
The terrace is the apartment's pièce en plus, where you can enjoy breakfast as the sun rises, and relax in the evening with an Apéro Dinatoire. The terrace faces due south.

The apartment faces south in Perpignan's historic city center, in the heart of shops, restaurants, tapas bars, museums... and close to public transport (bus, train station). An island of tranquility in the heart of the city.

Wifi Internet available free of charge in the apartment.

Covered parking available for 50 euros/week:
Parking is less than 5 minutes' walk from the apartment.
(Optional), so you don't have to pay for a parking space by the day on the streets, and you don't have to waste time looking for parking spaces in the middle of summer!
Please note that vehicles must not exceed 190cm in height.
