USE OF PLACES: Respecting the neighborhood, the tenant will enjoy the rental in a peaceful way and make good use of it, according to the destination of the place. Rented premises are used for temporary housing or holidays, excluding any professional activity of any kind (maximum 3 months). Upon departure, the tenant agrees to make the rental as clean as he found it on arrival. Any repairs of whatever importance, made necessary by the negligence of the tenant during the rent, will be his responsibility. The rental can not in any case benefit to third parties, except prior agreement of the owner. Subletting is prohibited to the lessee, even for free, under penalty of termination of contract; the full amount of the rent remaining acquired or due to the owner. The installation of tents or the parking of caravans on the land of the rented property is prohibited. The number of tenants can not be greater than the maximum capacity indicated on the description. Exceptionally and subject to the agreement of the owner, it may be derogated from this rule. The pool is open from May to October. The pool is reserved only for tenants staying in the cottage. The landlord reminds tenants of the lack of monitoring of the pool. Any swimming in the pool must be under the constant supervision of adults able to respond quickly in case of danger. Access to the pool and its surroundings is prohibited for unaccompanied children: children must be under the active and vigilant supervision and sole responsibility of their parents. All users of the swimming pool must be covered by a liability and defense liability insurance. The owner declines all responsibility in case of accident or drowning. It is strictly forbidden: . Fireworks and throwing lanterns not declared in prefectures . Firecrackers . Smoking inside buildings . The night fuss CAPACITY: This contract is established for a maximum capacity of people. If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity, the owner can refuse the additional persons. Any modification or breach of the contract will be considered at the initiative of the customer. HOME OF DOMESTIC ANIMALS: This contract specifies whether or not the tenant can stay with a pet. In case of non-compliance with this clause, the owner may refuse the stay: no refund will be made. When booking, the customer is required to indicate the number of pets that will accompany it. If applicable, the description sheet specifies the possible rate surcharges to be provided (pet rate, extra charge, extra cleaning fee ...). Tenants are fully responsible for the damage and damage caused by their pets. Specific terms of stay for pets can be specified by the owner in a house rules posted in the accommodation.
