Bright, functional studio apartment for 2 in the heart of the village, on the 3rd floor of a residence with elevator. This attractive, refurbished apartment is located : - Close to shops, restaurants and free outdoor parking. Everything can be done on foot! - 180 meters from the Lys cable car - 300 meters from the Bains de Rocher for a moment of relaxation (spa, massages, etc.) - 350 meters from the Thermes

Accommodation comprises : - 1 living room open onto the kitchen with a view of the mountain: o Living room: quality sofa bed ******** ******** topper, comforter and pillows), large closet, TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board. o Kitchen: fridge, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, microwave, two ceramic hobs, etc. - 1 bathroom: spacious shower, towel dryer, hairdryer - 1 private ski locker

The apartment is cleaned and disinfected at each rental. We also provide disposable pillow protectors and undersheets.

Please note that household linen is NOT PROVIDED. Please bring your own linen: sheets (pillowcases, comforter covers (220x240cm), fitted sheets (160x200 cm or 2 sheets 80x200 cm), sheets), bath towels, bath mats, kitchen towels, etc.).

Rental includes 2 hours' admission per day for ONE person to the Bains du Rocher (spa, hammam, sauna). If you want to go with two people, the second person will have to pay an entrance fee. Approximately 19 euros. Please note that you'll need to bring your own towels and flip-flops to use the facilities. For men, only bathing trunks and boxer shorts are permitted. If you forget anything, you can buy it at the reception desk of the Bains du Rocher.

Pets are only exceptionally allowed in this non-smoking accommodation.

We have no private parking space, but there is a large free parking lot across the road. Cleaning must be done by each tenant at the end of their stay (cleaning products provided) and will be checked on departure.
