Super quiet neighborhood. Everything on his profile is accurate. I started off in my day in the pool and ended up in the jacuzzi. I'd say it's way more spacious. He really was an amazing host. He has clearance from the county for when it comes to hosting and food. Bed felt amazing. Went to bed happy and relaxed. And the puppers are also so nice. John the host got up early to make me breakfast before I left to work which was way more than expected. Food was delicious AND a to go travel cup for my coffee/espresso concoction. Highly recommend.

Great place! John and Larry were excellent hosts. And the dogs were an added bonus.
