A pizza oven and a barbecue are also at your disposal. We have ping-pong set and kareoke machine also availble for you and your party to enjoy. Easy drives to beach clubs, wineries (Primitivo di Manduria), and postcard-pretty towns like Campomarino, Grottaglie, Lecce, Ostuni and Martina Franca

The Space Designed for comfort after sun-soaked days, the Beach House features a light living area, dining nook and a well-equipped kitchen for easy home cooking. Bedrooms are simple and serene with hotel-quality linens; bathrooms are stocked with fluffy towels and essentials. Natural materials and curated local touches keep the mood chilled and authentically Pugliese. Parking is available at the property. A car is definitely necessary to explore the beaches and hill towns. Brindisi (BDS) and Bari (BRI) airports are the closest. In summer, there are many activities within a few minutes’ walk of the property. After the end of September, the beaches become an almost deserted oasis, ideal for relaxation. Taxis and drivers are available, but expensive and not always easy to find. Marina di Lizzano is known for long sandy beaches and calm, Caribbean-like water. Within a short drive you’ll find beach clubs such as Lido Bagnara, Conca del Sole, Posto 9 and Tayga Beach, plus excellent local bakeries, cafés and seafood trattorie. Day-trip to the ceramics ateliers of Grottaglie, baroque Lecce, the white lanes of Ostuni, and the vineyards of Torricella, Lizzano e Manduria. Some great restaurants like L'Angolo Verde, Osteria di Monacizzo amond many others you will have access to all the local tips from us, we know the area inside out. Early check-in/late check-out may be possible upon request, subject to availability. Parking is available near the property. A car is recommended to explore the area fully. We provide two outdoor showers to rinse off after the beach to keep the bathrooms clean and sand free. Please refrain from sitting on the sofa with wet swimwear. For sofa bed use, please use the provided sheets. We appreciate you informing us of any breakages so we can replace items for future guests. For a relaxed checkout, you can request it one day in advance for a fee of 50 euros, which covers cleaning the entire house. Otherwise, please ensure dishes are washed and the barbecue and pizza oven are cleaned after use. Rubbish collection is daily; please take it out to the gate after 10 PM as per the schedule provided. Leaving excessive rubbish may result in a fee. We maintain an inventory of all items in the house. Any damages will be assessed and may result in deductions from the ********.
