Nestled in the quiet 450 meters from the Scoglio del Coccodrillo (Crocodile Rock), 800 meters from the first white beach on the Salento coastline, Villa Salentu is a former riding school built in 1957 where thoroughbred horses were bred.

Renovation and energy upgrading was completed in June 2024 and it is now a two-story villa divided into 3 independent mini-apartments: Lu Sule, Lu Mare, Lu Ientu, which overlook a 10 thousand square meter plot bordering the Ionian Sea: by day the view of the sea is breathtaking, by night that of the starry sky is a true luxury.

This apartment is Lu Mare, a two-room apartment on the 1st floor, consisting of 1 sea-view bedroom with a 160cm double bed, a large and well-stocked kitchen with a small terrace, and a sofa/single bed, a large terrace overlooking the sea equipped with a jacuzzi for 3 people, and a large bathroom.

It is 2.5 kilometers from the town of Pulsano and as many from the town of Leporano, in the province of Taranto. The Naturist beach of Campomarino is only 20 km away.
