You rent the room but have access to the entire space. Ok for gatherings as long as it’s weekend and no more than 8 guest. More upon approval. You can set up the living room/patio how you like. Patio is private. Favors are allowed. Ask us anything and we will happily be up front. We are pretty relaxed. ******** ok. We can chauffeur you around for your stay for additional price. Please keep up with your key. It is a fee if you lose it. The closet in the room you are renting is off limits. Please only use towels and rags marked “guest.” As well as toiletries.
