Charming, cozy apartment 30km from Rome

The house is located in the historic center (ZTL = limited traffic zone), on the first floor, with its own entrance. It comprises a living room (with sofa bed/1 person), a kitchenette, a bedroom for 2 people, a bathroom with shower and a magnificent balcony overlooking the valley below, where you can enjoy a coffee in the morning in complete tranquillity. The room is equipped with sheets, a warm comforter and a variety of pillows of different consistencies, for every need. A powerful new air-conditioning/heating system is installed in the bedroom only. The living room has a sofa bed, while the kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge, an induction hob and everything you need for cooking (pots, cutlery, plates, etc., etc.). The bathroom is equipped with towels of various cuts, hand soap, intimate soap, shampoo and shower gel, available to guests (30 Lt hot water tank). Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment, although it is possible to smoke on the balcony. Pets are allowed, but not on the bed or sofa, in compliance with cleaning regulations and for the benefit of the next guest.
