Charles and his partner have curated a wonderful home located in a quiet residential neighborhood in San Antonio. Although I was only able to stay for one night, I'm on a timeline driving across the country, I was instantly met with warmth and receptiveness. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and more affordable than any motel. As it so happened, I stayed over Christmas Eve. So, being in the home of such gentle and kind people as I spent the holiday in a city where I know no one was much appreciated. And had I not had a schedule to keep, I would have happily taken up their gracious invitation to an enchilada Christmas dinner. I strongly recommend staying with them.
