West facing avoiding street noise while still providing great views of the city with impressive sunsets. Full access to rooftop patio with panoramic views.

The bedroom has plentiful natural light and the private bath is just adjacent to the bedroom. Bedrooms are on the opposite ends of the unit providing complete privacy (please refer to the attached floor plan). Also, the room is spacious, fits a queen size bed and has 2 closets.
▪Newer boutique building features:
Gleaming hardwood floors throughout, updated kitchen with stylish tile backsplash, granite counters and stainless steel appliances and most importantly in-unit washer & dryer. Secure bike parking.
▪Live in the heart of the city:
With a Walk Score of 96, it is a Walker’s Paradise — Daily errands do not require a car, a 1-minute walk to bus stops and capital Bikeshare. Conveniently located just blocks from dozens of popular restaurants, bars, shops and the Metro (Columbia Heights & Georgia Ave-Petworth stations - green & yellow lines).
Also, close to Howard University, MedStar Washington Hospital, VA Medical Center and Children's National Hospital.
