Are you coming to the cottage?
This artistic Flagstaff home is listed on the registry of Leeds certified homes in the area, and there are thoughtful touches everywhere in the design. From the wave motif on the wood siding, or the red stairs made from wood reclaimed from the property, this house oozes charm. I'm an avid cyclist, art collector and reader, and the home is full of eclectic books (please read them!) as well as art from known names in the art world to straight-up thrift store finds.
With a front yard with roses, lilies and sky-dusters and a back yard that backs right up to the forest and bike and hiking trails, and a cute little detached studio.
The downstairs bathroom has been funkily but beautifully decorated, and an artist's touch can be felt throughout the home.
The ceilings are super high, but the place is easy to warm in the winter using the pellet stove or in-wall electric heaters. And it's quite cool in the warmer months, never needing an AC.
Only 1/5 hours from the Valley/Phoenix, it feels much further away and more remote and secluded than it actually is.
1.5 hours from the Grand Canyon.
40 minutes from Sedona.
Minutes from all that Flagstaff has to offer.
I'm happy to play tour guide and give suggestions as well.
My cat, Travis, looooves humans but can't tolerate other animals unfortunately.
Clothing is always optional, and I'm a body worker who's available to give sensual massages.
There are two full baths,
One bed (sharing mine is an option),
a queen sized air mattress,
two sofas
and an air mattress in the cozy outdoor studio.
I love this home, and it's the perfect spot for someone who likes both design and comfort. City AND country.
2 off-street parking spaces.
Any other questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
