The Reveal

CozyInsta-WorthyRelaxing

Are you coming to the cottage?

This artistic Flagstaff home is listed on the registry of Leeds certified homes in the area, and there are thoughtful touches everywhere in the design. From the wave motif on the wood siding, or the red stairs made from wood reclaimed from the property, this house oozes charm. I'm an avid cyclist, art collector and reader, and the home is full of eclectic books (please read them!) as well as art from known names in the art world to straight-up thrift store finds. With a front yard with roses, lilies and sky-dusters and a back yard that backs right up to the forest and bike and hiking trails, and a cute little detached studio. The downstairs bathroom has been funkily but beautifully decorated, and an artist's touch can be felt throughout the home.

The ceilings are super high, but the place is easy to warm in the winter using the pellet stove or in-wall electric heaters. And it's quite cool in the warmer months, never needing an AC. Only 1/5 hours from the Valley/Phoenix, it feels much further away and more remote and secluded than it actually is. 1.5 hours from the Grand Canyon. 40 minutes from Sedona. Minutes from all that Flagstaff has to offer. I'm happy to play tour guide and give suggestions as well.

My cat, Travis, looooves humans but can't tolerate other animals unfortunately.

Clothing is always optional, and I'm a body worker who's available to give sensual massages.

There are two full baths, One bed (sharing mine is an option), a queen sized air mattress, two sofas and an air mattress in the cozy outdoor studio.

I love this home, and it's the perfect spot for someone who likes both design and comfort. City AND country.

2 off-street parking spaces.

Any other questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Hey There. Friendly Northern Arizonan here. I'm a theatre artist by trade and I also dabble in content creation. I love cycling (gravel and road), knitting, art, writing music, hiking, chilling with my cat and a good greasy diner. I'm easy to get along with, easy to collaborate with and ....just...easy. :) Let me know if you have any questions about my place or the area. Happy travels!

What a great place to stay in Flagstaff. Philip's place is so fun and he is a terrific host. We were able to hang out a couple of nights and Flagstaff is a wonderful place to stay while relaxing or checking out the Canyon and other parks. I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it.

Philip is a friendly and engaging host. I appreciated his suggestions on how to use my time in the area. His location is great—out in the country and backing up to a forest, but only a few minutes from downtown. The house is full of art and books, just as described. I look forward to another stay the next time I visit Flagstaff.
