Dear Guest,
1. Please send us a copy of your passport information page or ID card before your arrival date for registration and guest verification with the Immigration Bureau in accordance with Thai law. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us. Thank you.
2. If the parking key or sticker is lost or not returned, a fine of 2,000 baht will be charged.
Please keep the property in good condition.
3. Electricity for long-term stays (over 15 days) will be charged according to actual usage at a rate of 5 baht per unit. We have the right to give a free amount of 1,500 baht. If there is more usage, the guest will have to pay the difference.
4. If you need help, such as forgetting your Wi-Fi password or having a key card issue
Please contact me directly. Do not go to the reception because the legal entity will not be able to help you.
For the comfort of all parties, please do not tell anyone that you are staying on a daily or weekly basis. We welcome you as a special friend, so please act as if you are visiting a friend.

Important 🚿 note about using the bathroom and kitchen sink
To ensure that the drainage system works normally and to prevent clogged pipes, please cooperate as follows:
1. Please do not throw food waste into the sink.
2. Please do not flush tissue paper or sanitary napkins down the toilet.
Failure to do so may result in a fine of 5,000 baht to cover the cost of repairs.
3. On every floor of the accommodation, there is a waste disposal room near the emergency exit door. Please dispose of food waste or waste from eating in the room.
