Located on the sixth floor of the UNITY PATONG building, the apartment offers unbeatable sea and city views. Completely renovated in 2025, it can accommodate 2 people.
With a surface area of 61 square meters (51 square meters of living space and 10 square meters of balcony), it comprises a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. Bedroom and living room are separated by a sliding partition.
West-facing, the bay windows are anti-sun. They are also fitted with mosquito nets.
UNITY PATONG is a 7-storey building with 51 apartments and a gym, served by two elevators. The roof features a 24-meter-long infinity pool. Level 1 (first floor) houses the parking lot.
Parking, swimming pool and common areas are video-monitored. Access to the building is by magnetic card.
A security guard is on duty from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
The building is on a hillside, accessible via a fairly steep road or an irregular staircase with 80 steps.
The apartment is equipped with :
- Two induction hotplates, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, Nespresso and drip coffee makers, toaster, kettle, rice cooker and mini oven.
Washing machine, steam iron and ironing board.
A safe for a laptop computer
In the bedroom, the king-size bed features a comfortable spring mattress on a sprung base.
The apartment is equipped with a 500 Mbps WIFI router and a TV with cable channels and IPTV box.
Restrictions:
Non-smoking apartment. However, smoking is permitted on the balcony.
Pets are not allowed.

- electricity is charged at 5 bath per KW. Water at 50 Baths per cubic meter.
