Use provided equipment safely (BBQs, heaters, fireplaces, etc.) and only as instructed. 5. Do not climb on furniture, railings, or rooftops. Electrical & Appliance Safety 1. Use appliances only for their intended purpose. 2. Do not move or modify large appliances (fridge, washer, etc.). 3. Unplug small devices when not in use. 4. Report any sparks, burning smells, or malfunctioning equipment to the host immediately. Smoking & Substance Use 1. No smoking or vaping inside the property only in designated outdoor areas. 2. Dispose of cigarette butts safely and away from flammable materials. 3. No illegal drugs or excessive alcohol consumption on the premises. Guest Conduct 1. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. 2. Parties or events are strictly prohibited unless pre-approved by the host. 3. Respect quiet hours (typically 9 PM – 9 AM). 4. Follow all posted house rules and local regulations. In Case of Emergency 1. Call emergency services ******** immediately in case of fire, injury, or medical emergency. 2. Exit the property calmly and meet at the designated safe point outside. 3. Notify the host as soon as possible after any emergency.
